You are warmly invited to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Holy Trinity Church.
Sunday 15th October at 10.30am at Holy Trinity Wallington. A short service, followed by community celebration.
Our guest speaker will be Andrew Wingfield Digby, who was a former English Cricketer, Oxford Vicar and Chaplain to the England Olympic and Cricket Team. The Holy Trinity Junior School choir will also be joining us at our service.
The after party will include a BBQ and Vicar’s tea party. There will be traditional church fete games to play, including a coconut shy and bouncy castle. We will have face painting, live music, a treasure hunt and Quiz with prizes. There will be 150 balloons and 150 cupcakes to eat. We will have a history display showing the life of the church through the ages. There will be some classic cars and motor bikes on display in the car park and lots of family fun.
The event is free of charge. Whether you’ve been to Holy Trinity many times in the past or have never stepped through the door, you are most welcome.
Please note that there will be limited access to the car park, which will be reserved for those with mobility difficulties.
UPDATE: The new Vicar of Holy Trinity will be announced at the service!
