Since the Trinity Centre opened in 2004, we have welcomed a huge number of organisations who have booked our facilities for a variety of uses. We want anyone who use our facilities to have a great welcome and to be able to hire the facilities in a way that gives them a high quality experience.

Our facilities offer opportunities for various types of bookings, whether it is a children’s party or a professional business function we can provide for your needs. Please read through the various rooms we have for hire. Davina Parker would be delighted to welcome you for a visit and talk through any questions you might have.

The Hall

The hall is a good size and is regularly used as a venue for training courses, dance classes, dinners and various church uses. The hall has also been used, to great effect, for wedding receptions. We have a large kitchen adjacent to the hall, which can be used for preparing light refreshments or preparing and cooking meals.

Rooms

There are three rooms which can be used as doubles or split into single rooms depending on how you would like your room to be set out. There is also one single room which can be hired for more informal bookings.

These rooms can be used for many different uses, for example break out rooms, classrooms, boardrooms and lunches.

Kitchen Facilities

The Trinity Centre has a high quality kitchen, with several ovens, a catering microwave, food preparation facilities, crockery and cutlery. We also have a large steriliser and dish-washing facilities. Our kitchen is looked after and cleaned to a high standard and is regularly in use for a weekly lunch club for seniors.

Tea Bar

The tea bar can be used for refreshment preparation and serving. It has constant hot water, a coffee machine, standard microwave and dish-washing facilities. Again this kitchen is cleaned to a high standard and is regularly used for church bookings and private functions.

Sound and Media

We can provide projection and sound for any use you might have. There is a large screen in the hall which pulls down and folds away. CD’s can be played through our media system which is fed into the hall via internal speakers. There is also the possibility of using microphones if you have a large function. Musical instruments can also be played through the media system via our soundesk. Sound and media facilities are available for hire at a set cost.

Garden and Patio

There is a garden to the rear of the Trinity Centre, which can be used to good effect in the summer. It can be used for activities such as BBQ’s and fits a large bouncy castle. The patio again can be used to good effect, particularly in the summer months.  The patio opens up from the main hall, and can be used for seating, BBQ’s and fits up to a medium sized bouncy castle.

Parking and Accessibility

Holy Trinity has a car park with 18 space and level access.  More information about travel, parking and accessibility can be found on our travel page.

If you are interested in hiring the Trinity Centre, please contact Davina Parker, who will be able to discuss availability and prices with you. The centre is not for hire on Sundays. Facilities: sink, fridge, water heater and cooler, microwave. Hatch into link and hall.

Facilities: seating and coffee tables. Served by tea bar. Access via main enterance.

Toilets

Seperate men’s & women’s, accessed via the Link. 4 toilet units, plus 3 sinks each. Dyson hand-dryer. One disabled toilet.
